I am Bernard Byrd, I need to purchase a home through FHA. My credit is extremely bad but not without reasons. We have been living with someone for 4 years , my mother-in-law. My wife and I need a place of our own and we want to purchase a home. We have the income, but we can not find a lender willing to take a chance with us.

I would love a RV for me and my girl, but am currently going through a tough divorce and had to file for bankrupcy in 2004 discharged in 2005 and since then have been paying my bills. I have a car loan that I have been paying on for 3 1/2 years and never missed a payment. Need about 40 for the rv and site rental for the year. Please help!
